WELCOME TO THE SACANDAGA SNOWMOBILE CLUB WEBSITE

The Sacandaga Snowmobile Club is located on the Great Sacandaga Lake in the foot hills of the Adirondack Park in upstate New York. Our volunteers maintain almost 16 miles of trails in Saratoga County. These trails connect the Great Sacandaga Lake with Edinburg's 4 Corners and the Mulleyville Trail System. There are plans to improve the connectivity of our trails with those of the other clubs in Saratoga County. Stay tuned for further developments.

Message from the President

Area clubs have recently been notified by DEC that ATV trespass on snowmobile trails is once again a major concern for DEC and landowners, including Lyme Adirondack Timberlands and other timber companies. Snowmobile clubs have agreements with landowners that they can utilize the trails from December 15th to April 1st. Outside of those dates NO ATV use is permitted. The security of conservation easement lands is paramount to the continuance of public recreation (snowmobiling). DEC rangers will be performing patrols and will take trespass seriously. Please don't put our sport at risk by riding snowmobile trails out-of-season.

Don't miss out on the annual Summer Picnic! To be held July 21 at the Town of Day picnic area next to the Saratoga County boat launch from Noon till Dusk. Open to all members and prospective members. Donations appreciated.

Volunteers are urgently needed the morning of the picnic at 9 A.M. to help erect tents, set up grills, and general site preparation.

The next Regular Meeting is on October 13th at 9:30 A.M. at the Placid Pines Pub
