WELCOME TO THE SACANDAGA SNOWMOBILE CLUB WEBSITE

The Sacandaga Snowmobile Club is located on the Great Sacandaga Lake in the foot hills of the Adirondack Park in upstate New York. Our volunteers maintain almost 16 miles of trails in Saratoga County. These trails connect the Great Sacandaga Lake with Edinburg's 4 Corners and the Mulleyville Trail System. There are plans to improve the connectivity of our trails with those of the other clubs in Saratoga County. Stay tuned for further developments.

Message from the President

On the 28th of December we held the last 200 Club drawing of the 2018 season. As was done each month from March through December, we awarded $1,000 in prizes to faithful supporters of our snowmobile club. Your participation in this vital fundraiser enabled us to raise almost $10,000 to help defray costs and repair/maintain our equipment.

It is time now to sign up for the 2019 edition of the 200 Club. The first drawing will be held March 29th which will be here before you know it. The reason the club did not raise the full $10,000 last year was because a few numbers went unsold prior to the first drawing, forcing us to “rent” them out one night at a time. This year I am asking those who plan to renew their numbers to please contact me as soon as possible so that I can hold your number in reserve. If I don’t hear from you before the end of January it will be assumed that you don’t plan to participate in 2019 and that you are releasing the number or numbers you had last year to someone new.

The best way to insure that you don’t get shut out is to give me a call at 518-863-1113 or send me an email at cwaite1@me.com. You can mail a check made out to the Sacandaga Snowmobile Club to PO Box 1120 Northville NY 12134 or we can make arrangements if you prefer to pay with cash.

Thank you all in advance,

Chris

Thank you to all of the volunteers that pitched in to get our lean-to erected. Whether you helped level the storage unit, assisted with the construction or helped procure the materials, your efforts are  greatly appreciated, especially by the groomers.

The next general membership meeting is February 2nd at 9:30 A.M. at Placid Pines Pub.
